Return Authorization Policy for Dated Curriculum Materials

 

1. Introduction This policy outlines the conditions under which returns of dated curriculum
materials, primarily used in Sunday school teaching, are authorized. Traditionally, our company
maintains a strict "No Returns" policy for all purchases made by schools and consumers. However, exceptions exist as detailed below.

2. Exceptions to the No Returns Policy Returns will be authorized under the following
exceptional circumstances:
a. Damaged in Shipping: If the received materials are damaged upon arrival due to shipping
issues.
b. Incorrect Order Delivered: In cases where the delivered order does not match the original
order details.
c. Non-Delivery of Order: Applies when there is a confirmed non-delivery of the "lost"
shipment.
d. Unavoidable Delivery Incidents (UMI) Delays: If delays exceed one-third (1/3) of the dated
period of the curriculum.

3. Return Authorization Number (RA#) Requirement Regardless of the exception, a Return
Authorization Number (RA#) is mandatory for processing any return. This number can be
obtained by following these steps:
a. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team via phone or email.
b. Provide Order Details: Furnish details of the order, including order number, date of purchase,
and the specific issue.
c. Receive RA#: After review, an RA# will be provided if your request meets the criteria for an
exception.

4. Return Process Once an RA# is obtained, the following steps should be followed:
a. Package the Materials: Securely package the curriculum materials to prevent further damage.
b. Label the Package: Clearly write the RA# on the outside of the package.
c. Ship to Designated Address: Send the package to the address provided by our customer
service team.

5. Refunds and Exchanges Upon receipt and inspection of the returned materials, appropriate
actions will be taken which may include:

a. Refund: A refund, if approved, will be processed to the original payment method.
b. Exchange: An exchange with the correct or undamaged materials will be arranged.
